It’s usually a 3-4 hours walk in the forest, and you will have a chance to see the diverse species of primates including the rare Patas monkeys, Black and White Colobus monkeys, and Red-tailed monkeys, among others.



In the afternoon, you can choose to relax at your accommodation or opt for a cultural encounter visit to a nearby community.



Day 4: Rhino Trekking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After breakfast, you will depart Murchison Falls National Park and head to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino trekking. You will be taken on foot to the grazing areas of the rhinos, which roam freely in the savannah. It’s a unique experience that offers you the chance to see the endangered Rhinos in their natural habitat.



After the trekking, you will have lunch at the sanctuary before heading back to your accommodation at Murchison Falls National Park for dinner.







Day 5: Hike to the Top of Murchison Falls

After breakfast, you will embark on a hike to the top of Murchison Falls. It’s a scenic hike that takes you through the beautiful landscapes of the park. On reaching the top, you will have a breathtaking view of the Nile River as it squeezes through a narrow gap in the rocks to form the falls.



In the afternoon, you will return to your accommodation for a leisurely afternoon, or you can opt for an optional game drive.



Day 6: Departure

On the last day of your trip, you will have breakfast and then be transferred back to Entebbe International Airport. You may choose to stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an Optional activity (birdwatching or visiting the Shoebill stork) before being transferred back to the airport for your flight back home.
