Exploring the Wonders of Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda: A 5 Night 6 Days Itinerary

You will hike through the bamboo forests and spend one hour with the golden monkeys, taking pictures and observing their behavior. After lunch, you will visit the nearby villages to learn about Rwandan culture and history. You will return to your hotel in the late afternoon.



Day 4: Twin Lakes Visit and Nature Walk

Today, you will visit the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. The lakes form a border between Rwanda and Uganda and are surrounded by hills and farmland. You will enjoy a nature walk around the lakes, take in the beautiful scenery, and interact with the locals. In the afternoon, there will be an opportunity to interact with the locals and learn about their daily lives.







Day 5: Second Gorilla Trekking Expedition

Today, you embark on your second gorilla trekking adventure. This time, you will visit a different gorilla family for a different experience. You will observe their behaviors, social dynamics, and interactions. You will spend your time in the forest before returning to your hotel in the late afternoon.



Day 6: Departure

Your trip to Volcanoes National Park comes to an end today. After a leisurely breakfast, you will check out of your hotel, and our tour representative will drive you back to Kigali where you can connect to your onward journey.
